Marshall caters throughout Southern California from Santa Maria (North of Santa Barbara) to San Diego (approximately 400 miles in any direction).
Our experience includes Corporate and Business Employee Incentive Functions and Events (i.e. Safety Meetings, Annual Employee Picnics, Product Introductions, etc.)
Our quality is second to none, our hospitality and attention to detail is well-known and although others try, the flavor, tenderness and taste of our meats cannot be beat. The event (shown left) served over 4,000 people and no one waited more than 5 minutes to get their food.

SALAD: Garden Green Salad, with Ranch Dressing or Italian Dressing and Potato Salad
SIDE DISHES: Chili with Beans, French Sourdough Garlic Bread
Other Items Available: Pork Loins, Grilled Shrimp, Pork Tri-Tips, Grilled Halibut, New York Steaks, Baby Back Ribs, Macaroni Salad, Corn Salad and Pasta Salad. Adding or substituting any above item may affect your final price.
